About us

Wessex Executive is a new group of experienced professionals working in the South-West of England providing practical support to local organisations

We have kept the core of the organisation small and call on our established network of specialists to tackle issues outside our own specific areas of expertise. In that way we practise what we preach; we ensure we and our clients only pay for service when it is needed. The two people who form the core of the organisation are:-

Dr Jay Roseveare

Dr Jay Roseveare

Jay’s career comprises twenty years in line management followed by twenty years as a freelance consultant. His organisational career culminated in operational and change management experience to managing director level in private health care. In 1990, he formed his own consultancy and, while re-qualifying to doctorate level as a business psychologist, increasingly specialised in personal / career / leadership development coaching in a variety of industries and sectors. Jay also specialises in assessment techniques.

Cornish by birth and ancestry, Jay now lives in South-West Somerset where his practice is based.
