Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is usually to help those already doing well do even better. It may also be used to fill gaps in skill-sets or work experience. Challenges our clients have overcome include:
  • Preparation for promotion or role expansion
  • Personal and workplace setbacks
  • Work-Life integration
  • Mid-career reviews and job transitions
  • Virtual working and Self-Employment
  • Retirement

Combining management experience with psychological knowledge, we draw on a range of assessment techniques as well as feedback from others in the workplace to inform our work with clients. If a client is starting a new business or setting up on his or her own we can Indicate whether a person is likely to work effectively alone and to identify areas which might cause him or her problems.
